The store is clean, prices are reasonable, items were easy to find- their clearance selection was really good. Lots of name brand shoes to choose from. Overall, the family approves! We got 5 pairs of shoes for $250.

0 Stars. Manager David is so unhelpful and refused to honor a price of a shoe with a tag in front on it. He went on to say there are alot of shoes in the store and we surely "are not responsible" if one is out of place. YES SIR, I do believe you are. Or how about just honor the price. We have been loyal customers since the doors open years ago and he knows that. Said nothing he could do.

Lower pricing which always makes me skeptical but I ended up finding a good light fila running shoe for a great price. Store is laid out well and plenty of selection to choose from. Staff didn't come to us but we really didn't need any help so it was a wash. Check em out when you're in the area

You know it's very refreshing when you get great customer service. I decided to stand with this young lady and do the customer satisfaction survey online with her, after all I was a satisfied customer. Not only did T. J update me to packs of socks she saved me a significant amount on my purchase. It's a new WSS right by my house on Eldridge. I think this team lead needs more responsibility.🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

New store, clean, but the organization was a little bit different. I expected the aisles to be labeled by shoe size. However, multiple aisles had the the same size. No distinction until one walks down the aisle and determine if the shoe in question is there. I had a particular shoe in mind and confirmed online it's availability before my in person visit. The staff was helpful and eventually found a shoe horn. One star is lost based on poor layout of store.

They have a great selection at the front but im not about paying full price. Check out the back wall for some good deals. I found these Sperry shoes, regular $45 and got them for $14.

Nikes on display where very low quality the glue was coming off and when brought to managers attention she offered a 10% discount. That’s an insult shouldn’t even be selling them like that at that point

Went there on Christmas Eve. Shelves fully stocked, displays looking good, gave an outlet feel to it. Had a decent selection of name brand products.
